Information we collect
We collect information you provide when creating an account or using the CRM, such as your name, work email, mobile number, company details, leads, follow-ups and team access information.
How we use information
We use this information to provide CRM access, manage workspace permissions, process support requests, and operate connected lead sources such as Meta integrations.
Client and lead data
Client data is isolated by workspace permissions. Users only receive access approved for their assigned workspace. Historical leads are not deleted when a lead form or connection is disabled.
Meta integrations
When you connect a Meta account, access is used only to sync authorized Pages, lead forms and lead events. Access tokens are stored server-side and are not intentionally exposed in the browser.
Security and retention
We use authentication, role-based permissions and workspace isolation. We retain account and CRM data while your workspace is active or as needed for legitimate business and legal purposes.
Your choices
You may request correction or deletion of your account information by contacting the CRM administrator. Access requests and plan approvals are handled by the Super Admin.
